Congratulations on your engagement! We know there is a lot that goes into planning for this special moment. Everything from selecting the perfect venue, the guest list, the catering, cake, and more… Here at Refresh- we take all the stress out of your bar services. We offer bartending services for the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception! Did you know that most couples reserve their bar services an average of 6-9 months in advance? Now is the time to reserve your special date and we are here to help you!

Choosing Refresh is easy! Outlines below is an idea of what to expect when you choose Refresh  for your wedding!

1. Get Your Free Quote - Get your free quote online here or contact us today by phone or email to discuss your needs. Every wedding is different and we understand that so all of our quotes are customized to what you need!

2. Introduction Meeting - This is a time (usually by phone, but we are also open to meeting in person) where we will discuss your bar needs. Topics we will cover are guest count, hours of bar service, type of bar service (Full Bar, Limited Bar, Beer & Wine only)< and budget. We want to get to know you and your soon-to-be spouse! This allows us to make your bar service the most personable. Its not just about the bar, it’s about the experience.

3. Contract and Deposit - Once you have chosen Refresh and we have discussed the right package, it’s time to sign the contract and make a deposit to reserve your date and bartenders! This is all done electronically! You will receive the contract via email, sign electronically and then pay your deposit.

4. Follow-up Meeting - Now all the “legal stuff” is out the way, it’s time to discuss all the details. During this meeting, we will discuss specific drink options such as signature cocktails. What is your expectation and how can we align with that? We do venue visits if you would like for us to meet you at your venue, just let us know!

5. Let’s talk about alcohol and what will be served! Refresh has the ability to provide all of your alcohol. If you choose to purchase it on your own, we will work with you to determine what to buy and how much. Remember - It is best to order more than needed so you do not run out! 

6. It’s almost wedding time! Refresh requires all clients to have paid their contracted amount in full at least 30 days prior to the date of your bar service. We know there are a lot of monies due at various times - venue, caterer, dress, tuxedo, and more. So here at Refresh, we can work out any payment arrangements that work best for you.

7. One (1) Week Before - We will meet (phone or in-person) to discuss all the final details such as our arrival time, setup location(s), and finalize any alcohol orders.

8. Wedding Day - the day is here and we know you have SO MUCH going on! Don’t worry - we will work with your coordinator or a person of your choice for any day-of needs. It is now time for you to enjoy your wedding ceremony and everything you have planned!
